Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RIVONIC GLOBAL Book Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@RIVONIC GLOBALbookstore.com or call . Once cancelled, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
After Dispatch
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery (see Return Policy below).
2. Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The book is damaged or defective upon receipt
- You received a wrong title or edition
- The book is significantly different from the product description on our website
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Books that have been read, highlighted, or damaged by the customer
- Books purchased during special sale events (unless defective)
- Digital content or eBooks
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@RIVONIC GLOBALbookstore.com with your order number
- Attach clear photographs of the book and the packaging
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your address
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
- UPI and wallet refunds may be processed faster (1–3 business days)
- Bank/card refunds may take up to 7–10 days depending on your bank
We do not charge any restocking or processing fees for approved returns.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer one-time free exchange for defective or incorrect items. If you'd like a different title, we recommend returning the original book for a refund and placing a new order.
