At Rivonic Global Store, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and at the best price. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹499.00.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹49.00 applies to orders below ₹499.00.
  • No hidden charges — the shipping fee shown at checkout is final.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days across serviceable locations after dispatch.
  • Remote or restricted locations: delivery may take longer depending on courier serviceability.

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays.

4. Service Areas

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. To check if we deliver to your area, please enter your PIN code at checkout. We are working on expanding our delivery network.

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.

5. Packaging

All products are carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly materials wherever possible.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment on our logistics partner's website. You can also contact our support team for tracking updates.

7. Failed Deliveries & Returns to Origin

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will make up to 2 additional delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing an order.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
